I haven't made this yet but my local brewer put this together for me. Hopefully, I can look around and figure out the procedures to making the brew. It is a Hefe Oat.

Yeast: Safbrew WB-06

Malts/Fermentables:

Muntons Dry Light Extract 2.00 lb
Muntons Dry Wheat Extract 3.00 lb
Oats (Flaked) .50 lb
Weyermann Caramel Wheat .75 lb
Total: 6.25 lb

Hops:

Phoenix .25 oz Pellet Boil for 60 minutes
Saaz .50 oz leaf Boil for 15 minutes

Carbonation:

68F prime with 4.1oz of dextrose.

Hopefully, I don't mess anything up on this. This will be my second brew.:mug:

Just bottled this last night. I tried a sample from my hydrometer reading and it was a little tarty but had resemblance of banana and cloves. My FG was 1.012-1.014. I could never get a good reading for some reason.
