Ive read that this is caused by temp drop....but the temp shouldn't be dropping now. I took off the airlock and just covers it with a sanitized piece of aluminum foil. When i put an airlock on it doesn't take long to start sucking the air in. Take a look at the video.

Something is causing the pressure in your fermenter to be lower than the pressure on the outside. 99% of the time this is from a temperature drop. Without knowing where in the fermentation this is occuring I can't really think of anything else that would cause this!
 
You are spending far too much time staring at the airlock. Leave it alone.
