Interesting, plaintiffs are saying MillerCoors is misleading the public.
Looks like BS lawsuit to me. People buy beers like Blue Moon, Shocktop and LimeARita because they like them, not because they are being mislead.
Q: What's the difference between a dead skunk in the road and a dead lawyer in the road? A: There are skid marks in front of the skunk.

Interesting that Blue Moon doesn't actually say it's craft beer on the label. "Artfully Crafted" is kind of ambiguous and open to interpretation.

I'm not sure how there is ANY merit to this kind of lawsuit. People buy Blue Moon because they like the beer. They are a separate brewing division from the parent. If someone where to be so intent on not supporting a macro brewery that they would incur pain and suffering, you would think they'd do a bit more research into the Blue Moon brewing company.

What's the difference between a Lawyer and an Onion? Nobody cries when you cut up a lawyer.
