Big Cascade flavor, slight hop bite. Very clean taste, Very drinkable.
First recipe Ive posted on here :) Relatively simple recipe but this beer has quickly became one of my favorite brews Ive ever done. Big Cascade flavor in a very clean, refreshing wheat....perfect for unwinding in this 102° NC summer heat! 5.7% ABV.

Yeast: Safale US-05
Batch Size (Gallons): 5
Original Gravity: 1.052
Final Gravity: 1.007
IBU: 54.7
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60
Color: 4 SRM
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 10 days at 65°F
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 7 days at 68°F

Grain
4lb American 2-row Pale
4lb American Wheat
2lb American Vienna
8oz Rice Hulls

Hops
.75oz Columbus - 60 mins
2oz Cascade - 30 mins
1oz Cascade - 15 mins

Single infusion mash 158°, 60 mins. Mash out 165°, 10 mins. Batch sparged.

Dry hopped on 1oz Cascade pellet for 7 days in the secondary. Force carbed in keg @ 12 psi.

Sorry... most recipes have it written out in the body and not just in the header.
