I have leftover grains from a 3Floyds Zombie Dust clone and want to brew up something this weekend with the remaining grains. It was an extract brew and that is what I will be doing again - 5 gallon batch.

Here is what I have left:

0.50 lb Cara Pils Grain
0.50 lb Caramel
0.50 lb Crystal Malt - 60L Grain
0.50 lb Melanoiden Malt Grain

Looking to maybe use some light malt and have for hops:

1-2 oz Citra hops
1 oz Brews Gold

Also have some corn sugar that was in the kits for bottling but I keg so I could use that in the recipe.

Any thought/suggestions are welcomed.

Being an APA fan, I'd do with something like this

Steep your .5# C60 & .5# melanoiden for 30-45 mins
Bring to boil & add 4.5# pale DME
60 min hops--Brewers Gold
15 min hops--1 oz Citra
10 min add .5# corn sugar & irish moss
3 min hops--1 oz Citra

Chill, pitch yeast, RDWHAHB :)

+ 1...could use 6 lb light LME in place of DME and even skip the corn sugar.
