I just received 5 oz. Of galaxy hops that I'm very excited to use!
But because I've never used galaxy before I was wondering if anyone had recommendations on the hop schedule. I'll be brewing an extra pale ale and be using 1 oz magnum as bittering hops. So the question is what distribution of these 5 oz will give me the biggest flavor/aroma bang for my ounce?!?
