Just as the title says. I'm looking to pick up a used mini-jet and a used 10-15 gallon conical. I would like to pay significantly less than retail.

Those are not common things. On top of that you say you want to pay "significantly less than retail" which pretty much removes any offers of people looking to sell. I don't mean it in a bad way, I'm a bargainer too, but for hard to find things like a conical people can get near retail on them.
