Nice find.
Take it to a place that swaps out tanks instead of a wait and fill place. Assuming they swap it out for a full one, take the full one they give you and never look back.
Seriously though, if one of those places looks at it and is willing to take it and swap you a full one, they'll deal with it however they normally deal with problem tanks.
