Re-autotune PID for cold weather brewing?

About to use my rims tube for the first time in colder (< 45° F). Last time I ran autotune the temp was in the mid-60s. Im assuming when a factor like ambient temp is substantially changed I should re-autotune. FWIW, I have an Auber SYL-2352.
 
Why not... ramp up to about 140*F and turn on the auto tune. You want to auto tune in the range you will be mashing. Good starting point is 140-145.
 
I'd record the existing PID values first, just to find out if ambient temperature plays a significant role in the autotune process.
