I realize many frown(and many rejoice in also) the practice of long term aging of beer. That is not the nature of my question. My birthday is January 28th, like 2 months away and I want to have some awesome beer on it. I bought a bottle of double bastard, Squall IPA, Dogfish head 120(I plan on drinking the 60, 90, 120 in succession)and will probably get life and limb when I can find it. Will these beers be in prime condition for my birthday? Or should I drink them(any and what ones) now?
