just spent 2 1/2 hrs working at nthe local brewpub bottling.
semi automatic setup
1. bottles unload from a skid 288 per layer 5 layer
2. bottles flipped mechanically for caustic soda rinse
and returned right side up
3. rotary counter-pressure fill and cap
4. visual inspec tion for short fill and rinse off overflow beer
5. label application
6. final inspection and packaging
we did 400 cases for which i recieved 1 case of my choice (ipa) of the two we'd bottlede this morning also did their witsun
really a cool experience if'n your ever in bc check em out they bottle every monday:rockin: :rockin: :rockin:
