Okay, so I am fulfilling my dream of having homebrew on tap in my Man Cave. :mug: I've got a fridge and a few taps run. I'll be getting a 4-way CO2 coupler as well.

So my question is - if I'm running a multi-tap C02 system, what is the best way to force carbonate a new brew while the others are on tap? I know I can shut off valves and concentrate on one keg with the 'shake' method. Wondering if there are any tricks out there I have not thought of.

You'll want multiple regulators. This will allow you to set different pressures for different kegs.

ditto on the dual body regulator.

I think it's easier just to set it at serving temp and wait though. Force carbing is easy to overshoot and mess things up.
