Where is the best place to buy the necessary O Rings for Corny Kegs? I'd think it would be cheaper to buy quantities of each rather than repair sets. Or who has the best price on the sets. I need a bunch of them.

McMaster-Carr has them at very good pricing. These are the o-rings needed for ball lock corny kegs direct from my invoice when I ordered them. The first two are the tip tube o-rings and the connection post o-rings. The third (10 pack) is the lid o-rings.

All told, around $16 for 100 dip tube, 100 post o-rings and 10 lid o-rings.

Just to be sure, 9452K172 is the dip tube/gas tube o-ring? For some reason I thought those were square cross-section.

Or maybe mine are just that worn.

Those are the o-rings I use for the dip tubes. I picked up the item numbers off of that "other" board.

The orings get a little smushed between the post, dip tube and dip tube hole. Mine were square-ish when I replaced them. The new o-rings work just fine.

I've heard about McMaster many times, not only here in the HBT but other interests I have often refer to them. How is their shipping? The prices seem very good, I made an order yesterday for O Rings, but could not get a finale price until checkout completion. Just thought I'd check. I've seen discounts go away with shipping and handling charges.

Mcmaster will rock your F'n socks off. I order in the AM and get it delivered to my office in the afternoon. Every order usually runs me $4 for Fedex lightning overnight. They have a fully automated pick and pack system. I've seen it in person.

I also like Oringsandmore.com for silicone orings in small quantities. I'll NEVER use anything but silicone for the #111 post to QD seal again. They're like butter.

The Bunas tend to get a lot harder when cold. I never had a leak problem but I can feel a difference when I pop the disconnects on. More positive seal I guess but not 100% necessary.
