Grain Bill:
6 lb Two Row
½ lb American White Wheat
½ lb Honey Malt
½ lb Quaker Quick Oats
½ lb Crystal 60
¼ lb Chocolate Malt
My local homebrew supply shop doesn't have any Honey Malt. Any ideas on replacements? Not sure what they do have. Could I skip it and go with 1/2 lb of extra base malt? Any ideas welcome.
