Wrong forum, I know, but I also know many people are not yet hip to the KT forum.

I'm searching for a KT consultant with expertise and industry knowledge.

There is a forum for it on Homebrewtalk. Whats the T for? And you dont need to be an expert or hip. Its simple easy and healthy. It involves sugar,tea,+
70 degF,and a few weeks. Your welcome.
 
Yeah, I'm on that forum but thought I'd post here.

I'm not looking for basic information or a homebrewer but someone who understands the chemistry behind, for instance, which yeast strains work best with which water profiles and teas, how to set up an industrial bottling line for KT(ea), shelf life concerns, fluoride testing, etc.
