I've got two of these, they recommend waiting a year b/f drinking. Obviously, barleywines are usually better w/a little age, but what do you guys think of them 'fresh'. I'll probably drink one now, and save one. If I like it I may try to clone it also, I've got the pacman and they list the grain bill, who knows. Do you like them? Had any @ 1 year old+?
