I didn't think of it really, but I'll try. I really just wanna know how many # of juice/gallon to use. I guess he might be willing as it's not really giving up his secret recipe...
 
Apples and oranges man. sounds interesting though...

It was ok. The beet flavor was subtle but the color was amazing!

I'd look into grinding carrots down very finely and pressing. Only if you can't find a juicer or some canned juice.

There is also the consideration of whether or not the juice would be fermentable or added as a flavoring addition.
