Rusted Ball Bearing in my Vinator after one use!!! WTF

So I thought I would be making my life easier by getting a Vinator to sanitize bottles. I went to use it for the second time last night and notices that the ball bearing is rusted. I used it only once with a Star San/water solution. I looked up the Ferarri Group that makes it and they are located in Panama. Does anyone know what size BB goes in the Vinator and where I can get SS ball bearings?

I seem to remember a thread on the winepress.us forums regarding that issue. Since I never had trouble with mine, I didn't pay too much attention to it.

I didn't even know there was a ball bearing in there. I've been using mine for years, and haven't had an issue at all. That's really strange.
