Help, problem with Beersmith

Hi, I used the trial of Bsmith for the 21 days and just purchased an activation key the other day. The problem is that when I bring up the recipe view of my existing recipes or try to create a new one. Under the ingredients field nothing shows up. Even when trying to created a new recipe. The total grain bill shows the addition but the ingredients field is totally blank. Any suggestions?
 
Locate, rename, and move your recipes files. (Example: Recipe.bsm to recipe.sav)

Then copy them back to the recipes location and change the name back.

I had the same problem at first and that worked for me.

Otherwise, the install may be corrupt and you'll need to re-install.
 
Any problem iv had with Beer Smith can be fixed going into there web site and jumping on the forum, or do a search. The guys who wrote the program always have an answer, or they will fix the problem.
