Any one use Wyeast Belgian Witbier ACT3944 Yeast before??? I pitched it more then a week ago and it's still bubbling strong. I made a Blue Moon type wheat beer and i'm wanting to put it in the secondary

I brewed a wit two weeks ago, and mine still has a pretty high krausen and is also still bubbling. I guess it's just a slow working yeast (can't say for sure though, since I don't worry about hydro readings until the krausen falls).

I brewed a belgian white with that yeast..it was the longest fermenting yeast I've used ever. If I were you I'd let it sit on the yeast for three weeks, skip secondary, then bottle. I would want a blue moon clone to be fresh and cloudy.

I used this yeast all the time at about 12 13 days it's done that foam on top just stays there till u move the carboy a little
