I have an IPA that's been in primary for 2 1/2 weeks. The first 4 days was a violent fermentation. Now after this long the airlock is still bubbling, about one every minute. Temps have been a steady 66-68 degrees. Could it be this beer is still fermenting? After about 3 or 4 weeks I need to rack to secondary so I can dry hop and oak for a couple weeks. I don't want to take a gravity reading until I am ready to rack.
