You could do anything you want, including pitching the entire White Labs selection into a single fermentor. The question is, will it be a good idea, and for that we need to know a little more about what you are trying to accomplish?

Saving a trip to the LHBS.
Would one packet be enough for 10 gallons.

On packet would be underpitching quite a bit. What you can do is run 5 gallons of wort into a sanitized pail or keg, and pitch the other 5 gallons with 1 pk of either yeast.
In a day when its at high krausen, dump in the second 5 gallons. I have done this many, many times and it works great.

And as an added benefit, you'd get a second dose of oxygen when you dump the second 5GL in, which will help your yeast.
