Fine tuning a rough draft

Started whipping up some horror movie-themed brews. Bottled the Bub-weiser today. Next week I bottle the others; should be ready to drink just in time for December.

Just wanted to say that this is an awesome site! Diggin the home brew community. This is my first post. Although I only have 2 brews under my belt, I am definitely hooked.
Here's a label concept I'm working on for a hard cider I'll be bottling soon. (Tuff is the name of our Blue Heeler) Cheers!

I am thinking of changing my homebrewery name to something more military themed...this is just a quick concept I whipped up. Any thoughts/comments/suggestions are welcomed.

Just wanted to put something down on paper not the bestest.

I had posted on here a while ago when I was brewing by myself regularly. In the recent years I had retired, so to speak, and all but stopped the 22 Bierbrauengeiss.

About a month ago my brother brought me out of retirement with his desire to get a homebrew operation going. We have 2 batches in the fermenters, and decided it was time to give ourselves a name. I humbly present our new home brewery.

(We wanted to incorporate the barbershop motif, as my great grandfather, grandfather, and uncle all owned the same shop. We sold it when my uncle passed away, and this is our homage and continuance of a family tradition)

Quick a simple labels I make. I use color caps for my own use at home, and usually only put on labels when I am taking some beer for others.

Thanks for all the replies! Just thought I'd post a pic of the final label on one of the cider bottles. We are making gift baskets for Christmas this year and thought it would be fun to include a cider in them.

Beautiful!

Dr. Bell's White IPA was named when my fiance's friend came in to visit from Chicago. We had a spontaneous brew day and named the beer after her.

This one is bottle conditioning now.

Light As the Breeze is all gone.

This beer turned out just ok. I went a little nuts with the coriander and had some off flavors. You can read more about it HERE.

Beaches of Kelheim was Bavarian Hefe with a tropical twist... There are flavors of pineapple and tangerine to go with the banana goodness that is hefe. It is all gone.

CAMoats IPA is my most complimented beer to date. It's ugly but tasty!

Ya Know'm Sayin Duble IPA was a juicy hop bomb.

Plum Trashy was made with over 20lbs of plums. It's sour and delicious.

Made a beer 2 days ago, dry hopped today and thought I should change the name to something political. But then I realized the old name worked, Blue for the left, elephant for the right.

next weekend I'm going to brew an America Pale Ale, with grapefruit infusion at the end of the boil.
the label is just temporary... I guess I'll adjust something

For a batch that I bottled tonight.... Super simple but does the trick.

Just so you know this one has a couple typos (casdace = cascade, mosiac = mosaic). Otherwise these are very cool! Like the black and white theme throughout

Are Casdace and Mosiac "errors"?
Or on purpose?

Did this label for my Gumballhead clone. Made a video of the process too at [ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cG5jEz_EuHo[/ame]

It didn't turn out exactly right, but it was still great!

They were typos. I slapped that logo together and didn't proof read. I'm working on a new one.

Nice Labels, especially the blonde ale! Hubrew? Is that your last name? The guy who runs our semi-local brew shop also has that last name.

No but the first to letters are Hu, so I just combined it with brew for Hubrew.

Did this label in honor of my Dad. On Veteran's Day, the American Legion in his hometown held a ceremony where they retired the flags representing all of the Armed Forces. My 93-year old mother was there and was presented the retired POW flag in honor of him. He was a WWII B-24 co-pilot, shot down on their first bombing run over Munich. He was captured and held in a German Luftwafe prison camp for 10 months. He did so much for all of us; this is the very least I could do in honor of him. Love you, Dad.
