Brewmeister posted about steam-injecting the mash over on NB with a link back to here. I'm happy to know there is some interest in this (and that I can learn from others who've BT/DT). I roughed-in steam into my MLT last summer and need encouragement to get the system finished. So, thanks for the link to here and I'll be posting some questions soon I'm sure...
