Does anyone know where I can get a list of all the grains, hops, most commonly used adjuncts? I have a Nokia phone and there's no beer app, so I was thinking of writing one.
Most maltsers provide typical spec sheets for all of their grains. That's probably the best place to start. Beyond that, Palmer's book has some of the data. Many apps just poach their lists from other apps, but that seems a little scuzzy to me.
