Bump! This is a great pump and an order of magnitude more powerful than a March 809. I'm just sayin'!

3/4" FPT Inlet, 1/2" MPT Outlet. I use a 3/4" to 1/2" bushing on my inlet without an issue.

This pump is more powerful so I guess it depends on the application. Do you need/want the extra power?

Yes need and want more power that's why I want it, but it does not say it's FDA compliant like the march pumps and only rated at 200.

Oxiclean isn't rated by the FDA but I still use it to clean my equipment with. All I can say is it works & there are plenty of folks on this board that use this exact pump for brewing. If you want a great brewing pump at a great price with more power than the March 809 then this is it. If you want something stamped by the FDA then go with something on THIS list.

Check out a few of these threads... ...I know Bobby_M has or had an LG Pump as does Walker. Both give sound advice IMHO.
