Adding flavor to secondary

I used a low acidic level hops called liberty. I would like to add some flavor and maybe even for bitterness to secondary. I was thinking of honey for sweet or pellet hops. HELP PLS. I just started brewing
 
If I were you I'd take that batch for what it is and start another one.
 
I got curious and added some honey into an IPA I made. Bottled yesterday but didn't get much flavor out of it. Take Joos advice, start over.
