I just make 5 gal. batches.. but was looking to make a keggle from a pony keg.. anyone do this?
Any use a pony keg?

That's what I was going to do but I got ahold of a full half barrel so I'm just going to use that for a 5 gallon batch. The only reason I'm going that route is I'd still be afraid of boil overs with the pony keg, espeically since its not very tall at all.
