Gents-
We did our first brew of 2012 last weekend (and I got to try out our new DIY sparge arm and my new refractometer!)

Grain bill:
17.6 lbs Pale
1.1 lbs Carared
1.1 lbs carapils

10 gallon batch

1oz Cascade @ 60
1oz Cascade @ 20
2oz Cascade @ 5
4oz Cascade @ FO

Safale 04

We will dry hop with 2oz of Cascade for 4 days (total of 16 days in fermentation)

We have high hopes for this one!

You'll have a nice IPA, but it won't quite be Celebration. Celebration uses California Ale yeast (Safale US05). It also bitters with Chinook, and the cascade is mixed with centennial. And there's no carapils.

That looks like a great beer, just don't be surprised if it isn't exactly celebration.

Scottland-
We brewed this beer last year (save for the hop selection) in celebration of my son's birth. So to us, it is a Celebration Ale. We weren't looking to clone SN's CA, although this year's batch was very tasty!
Thanks for the input. I am hoping that with so many late additions, we get great hop aroma!
