Just wondering, we tasted this yesterday, it was a nice pilsner about 10+ years old. Creamy and honey like while still crisp and refreshing a little more flavor than the pilsners I'm used to. There seems to be some yeast sediment, so I capped it and put it back in the fridge. It was still sealed with the metal cap on it when we got it and had a good bit of carbonation.
I did recognize 4.7% alcohol though.
