1.0 oz 60 min Chinook 13%
0.5 oz 30 min Chinook 13%
.25 oz 10 min Brewers Gold 8%
1.0 oz 10 min Irish moss
.25 oz 8 min Brewers Gold 8%
.25 oz 5 min Brewers Gold 8%
.25 oz 3 min Brewers Gold 8%

1.0oz Dry Hop at 7 days for 14 days/BG 8%

9.4 grams gypsum during mash

20 mins at 122 then 60 at 154 then 10 at 172

what can i do i am making this tomorrow and well i dont know but my LHBS owner said that ipa part three was pretty week and well my wiff said the same....

damn thats alot of crystal malts....
magniloquence-speaking or expressed in a lofty or grandiose style; pompous; bombastic; boastful......though this was sortof descriptive of an ipa
