Hi guys, I posted this in the cider forum but thought I post this here as well.
I did a cider about 9 months ago, with brett and aged on apricots. Kegged it a little over a week ago. I drew a sample from the keg last night and noticed some small green mold floaties in my glass. I'm just not sure if it's something I should be concerned about or not.
Also, it did form a pellicle but I don't recall it being green, just white. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I just don't want to get sick or make someone else sick.
