Guys,

I have a porter that I bottled and kegged from the same batch on June 12th. The bottled is great and has a pleasant finished aroma. The kegged is a bit off on the aroma and still seems green. The kegs are at 40 F and the bottle conditioned at 72 F. Is it possible that the Kegged will need longer to age? Any ideas?

Yes, I have found the same problem. Seems that conditioning at cooler temps takes longer. Currently I am conditioning all my kegs at room temp. There has been some threads about this
