Hi, just joined the forum, and I am looking for some information about mashing and ferminting a blend of fruits. What section of the forum should I start at for this information?
Thanks,
Red

here are some specifics on the simplicty of mashing, I guess I missed your point about fruit... look on the mead section

fruit is an adjunct(fermentable filler) as is corn, rice, ect... it ferments when intoduced to yeast and offers little no no body/maltiness. Like a lunchbox that has had grape juicei n it all week smells like wine...
