It is finally done, and holds water. :mug:

I'm thinking about making some more modifications to the lauter manifold. I'm thinking I'll add some crosses and tees and put in two more sideways pipes. I'm also thinking of shortening the width so that I'm less likely to channel water down the cooler wall.

That's a digital themometer probe and a racking cane that enter the side. The racking cane is there so I can see where the surface elevation of the mash.

I stole my setup idea from another guy on here, where the sparge manifold is attached to the roof of the cooler and the thermometer in the side. But the down fall of it is not being able to know if the free surface is getting rising to much or falling too much because the cooler flow rates are different. As I understand it, maintaining a steady free surface elevation is important in fly sparging.
