New Obama drinking game

I have seen these type of games where you take a drink every time G.W. mispronounces a word during one of his addresses, so I just thought of a good game to play while Obama is making an address.

Take a drink every time Obama says a verbal pause.

Seriously, every other word of this address is 'uh.'

Anyone who trashed Bush for this speaking skills needs to STFU. Obama cannot say a complete sentence without saying 'Uh.' At least twice.

I think the difference is that Obama can give a good prepared speech but has trouble when he is either off-the-cuff or hasn't had time to memorize his speech. Bush couldn't give a real speech to save his life but was better with extemporaneous comments usually. Bush knew how to take a flubbed line and run with it. I think Obama will get better at this with time actually (spoken as a Toastmasters member and not an Obama fan.)

how about taking a drink everytime he says "the bottom line"?

I spent 8 years defending dubya and now I'll be dipped in shiit but I'm defending Obama.

Like him or not, he's the damm president. And that's "Mr." president too. Not like those smartypants reporters that always called dubya Mr. Bush instead of Mr. President. Have a little respect. I may not be overly fond of his policys but damnit, he is it.

Now, how long til the Pres grabs his joint in public?

I wholeheartedly agree. Of course I'm also afraid to death of playing this game. There'd be alcohol poisoning 15 minutes into the state of the union.

I dont think he's a puppet, I think he is the master of puppets working hand in hand with the corrupt machine. Look at all the pathetic marionettes who look to him as if he is our savior and only hope, follow the strings that are attached to their backs and you'll see they lead to the machines controlled media who works in concert with master. I'll take a drink for the fact that I'm not the only one seeing strings.

Sure he's a puppet...but with the Klinton's pulling the strings (in charge again) he's more like the sacrificial you-know-what....

On a serious note though, he can't be too much worse than what he replaced. If the Christians believe him to be the Anti-Christ, well, good...isn't this the sign they've been waiting for? IMO, it's time for them to get their houses in order...

Just think, if Bill had inhaled MJ would be legal...dammit!!! The CIA "imported" enough drugs into the Mena (ARKANSAS) airport before he became President...

I'm afraid obamas going to be worse than bush. At least with bush there was some oposition to make the sheeple I mean people think. The TV controls the minds of the uninformed masses. Prove this to yourself and watch something on c span then watch how the media spins it. You will be shocked, but this is called enlightenment........

Unfortunately, I don't think Obama quite knew what he was getting into. You could see the change in his ideaology right after his meeting with the former presidents of the USA. Now he seems a bit in above his head. I'm sure he had all the best of intentions but once in office, realized just what a responsibility it was. Surely, there are unpopular decisions bush made that Obama now has to support, due to the fact that he has access to information requiring that action that the rest of us are no privy to. Anyway I'm not quite sure where I was going with this. Mead is some strong S#!+!

I wish I had the money to upgrade so I could get in on the debate forum but I'm laid off and dont have the funds. Describe it... Is it as good as I think it would be? Is it an objective forum or does it lean heavily to one side? tell me tell me tell me......

That depends entirely on the issue.

You aren't missing much. For every one thread with an actual real debate with logical discussion there are 15 more that are just big piles of **** with finger pointing, false accusations, and general internet name calling.

Most discussions (and members from what I gather) lean more to the right, but there is a vocal left minded minority. Also everybody claims to be a libertarian, but few stick to that ideology throughout
