Hello from North Carolina

I started a couple of years ago making wine and after reading as much as i could from this site i decided to try my hand at making some beer. I bought one of the twenty minute boil "RED AMBER ALE" kits from Midwest homebrew. I followed the instructions yesterday and by the time i woke up this morning it had a good fermentation going. I am hooked. I see there are alot of people on here from NC. I am from the small town of Archdale about 5 minutes away from greensboro. I heard my LHBS does a beer making demo once a month so i am looking forward to going to that to learn more. well just wanted to say hello and thanks for posting such good info on this site.

Nothing better than watching it happen to help you onm your way, make sure you get to that demo.
