I brewed about 6 weeks ago, moved from primary to secondary within about 7 days, as usual. After some procrastinating and a big snow storm, I wasn't able to get to the store to pickup some bottles, so my beer has been sitting in the secondary for about 5 weeks now. I'm assuming this doesn't make a difference, just clears the hell out of it, right?

Your good. I usually leave my brews in primary for two weeks and secondary for a few more. I've gone a couple months in secondary with no issues. Just bottle that sucker so you can drink it. :cross:

I left a batch in secondary for over 4 months once and didn't have a single problem. The beer tastes great and carbed up very nicely. However if you leave it in for 6 months or more you may have to pitch some more yeast when you bottle.
