Sounds pretty yummy to me!

Want to know my Yule Ale secret? I don't use spices until I put the beer in the Crock-pot to "mull". I just make a nice, strong Brown Ale on the sweet side of balanced. Pour some into the Crock-pot to warm, along with the spices, about a half an hour before company shows up. Yum!

But the way it's written, your recipe is gonna rock! :rockin:

I think I want to move this from a Brown to a Red beer. This is what I am thinking.

3.5 Lbs German Vienna = 2.2 Lbs
1 lbs. Weyermann CaraHell® = 2.2 Lbs Weyermann CaraMunich
.75 lbs. Belgian Special B = 1 Lb Weyermann CaraAmber®

I am going to try to pitch a yeast from the Leffe Tripple if I can not get a starter going with it then I will us US-05 I guess.

Thanks for looking

Tim
