This is my 5th batch and it has always started to ferment by now. It's at 68 degrees right now but the weather has been fluxuating a lot lately. Should I be worried that I haven't seen any signs of fermenting yet?

It's airtight, and the temperature is the reading I get on a the outside of the bucket.

here's a picture. I can see some activity, some small bubbles bursting but the airlock doesn't move at all.

When I push down on the lid it will make the airlock move so I know it's airtight. Seems like everything is going to be fine I just will go by another hydrometer because I broke my first one a couple months ago.

I looked closer and it looks like the airlock is a little off on the rubber part around the hole so air is just coming out really slowly.

Thanks everyone
