I've been brewing for a couple years, took a break for a year, and last week I got started again. I brewed an old reliable California Common extract/steep recipe I had, but wasn't paying attention when I brewed and dumped and extra 2 pounds of light LME in by accident. Ended up with a OG of 1.070 and a FG of 1.020 after 10 days in the primary. At least it's almost 7% ABV!!! :rockin:
I'm not terribly worried, it'll be fine I'm sure. I was just wondering if anyone knows if this matches any other style beers? Any other opinions about what I can expect when I draw my first draft of it in 4 weeks?
Oh, I plugged the numbers into beersmith... Eh, 326cal/pint.
