Need hop advice on brew day

Since I coudln't get any amarillo and simcoe I have decided to basically go with columbus and centennial for my IPA.

However, I picked up an ounce of fuggel thinking I might dry hop with it. The idea came for Breckenridge Breweries 147 double IPA. I had that last week and it was excellent. On their website it says chinook, centennial, and fuggel.

What should I do with the ounce of fuggel I've got today?

I believe fuggle is usually a late addition hop. Use it for flavor or aroma, within the last 15 min. I don't have any experience with dry hopping. Might be interesting.
