So I am planning my first American Stout and would like some feedback on the recipe. Here it goes...

Mash 152 for 60 min

GRAIN BILL
10 lbs 2-row
8 oz roasted barley
8 oz chocolate malt
8 oz munich malt
8 oz crystal 80
8 oz flaked barley
6 oz flaked oats

HOPS SCHEDULE
2 oz Cascade @60
1 oz Fuggle @20
1 oz Fuggle @15

FERMENTATION
US S-05
3 weeks at 68-70

VITALS
SRM 35
ABV 6.2% (assuming 65% eff.)
IBUs 51

Please comment and let me know what you think. I have not brewed a stout before and I am looking forward to this one!

One of my favorite styles. It looks good. There are a few tweaks I think will make it better though. First, I'd double the roasted barley. You want it ROASTY for this style, don't worry it won't be too much. Second, I'd change the hopping to be more American. I would shoot for 65 IBUs since you want a firm bitterness for the style and use the cascade at the end instead of the beginning. Maybe just switch the fuggles with cascade. To get more IBU you could do maybe most of the cascade at 15 and all the rest of your hops at 60. See if that gets you between 60-70 IBU.
