First time Using Belgian Cocoa Powder priming help

I am about to Bottle my AHS Gold Seal Chocolate Stout and it requires 1.oz of Belgian Cocoa Powder. Do i still add the Priming Sugar as usual an also add the Cocoa? Or will the Cocoa do the priming?

Does the powder have any sugar in it? If not, add it to the water with the priming sugar.

I am not sure it says it is unsweetened ... Does that mean no sugar?

That means no sugar. You need to use both.
