First time Using Belgian Cocoa Powder priming help

I am about to Bottle my AHS Gold Seal Chocolate Stout and it requires 1.oz of Belgian Cocoa Powder. Do i still add the Priming Sugar as usual an also add the Cocoa? Or will the Cocoa do the priming?
 
I am not sure it says it is unsweetened ... Does that mean no sugar?
