Sorry newbie question...
I brewed a Heffe yesterday, all went well hit the temperatures and gravities I expected. pitched at 70; temp in room is 67ish. OG 1.052 as the recipe said. Put a blow off tube and checked today. It seems all the yesat is at the bottom already and no Krausen. Its been a while since Ive had a slow fermentation(not that 24 hours is slow). This yeast is usually pretty vigorous.
I guess I don't remember the yeast going to the bottom that fast? Any suggestions? I guess Ive been spoiled with fast start fermentation's up to now.
