I was wanting some constructive criticism on this RyePA recipe i put together. This was my first attempt at a recipe and I just kinda threw it together based on guest work.

-6lb Northern Brewer Rye LME (70% 2 row, 20% rye, 10% caramel 40)
1 1/2 cups Pale DME
-2lb Munich malt
-1lb Rye grain
-1oz. Liberty hops, 60 min
-1oz. Cascade hops, last 15 min
-1 tsp Irish moss, last 15 min
-1 tbsp lightly crushed caraway seeds, last 15 min

The main questions I have are:

-is the amount of munich and rye malt overkill for an extract with steeped grains recipe? most other recipes have about a half pound of each type of grain.

-any better idea for hops? i'm wanting to give it a little more of an earthy flavor. i was thinking maybe switching out the liberty with norther brewer or palisade.

-any idea on how to give it a little more body? it's a little thin, at least for what i want.

Also, i've noticed that this brew has pretty nice head retention. any idea why?

Thanks!
