Trying to put together a small homebrew contest in Chatt, but I'm from TX and unfamiliar with the TN state ordinances. Could someone point me in the right direction?
For example, do they have to be held in a location that has an on-premise license, like an established bar or restaurant, or can it be done at a hotel/convention center?
