Just saw this on the Two Brother's Website for anyone interested.

We have had a lot of people in over the last few weeks wondering when we were going to start interviewing for positions in the brewery. Well, we are starting to interview this week for a finishing brewer position. This position will be helping in all aspects of post fermentation.
