Can 1118 get stuck?

My first batch of Juice (no preservatives), brown sugar, and 1118 has shown no activity for 3-4 days now. It's settling out, and it's only been 1.5 weeks. I know 1118 is a quick fermenter, and its recommended for restarting stuck batches, but I'm wondering if it itself can get stuck?
 
I didn't take an inital reading, and it's a small batch (3/4 gallon) so I've been trying not to mess with it too much now that I do have a hydrometer.
