Moved my Dos Equis Amber Lager clone to secondary today. Had a taste when checking the gravity (went from 1.059 to 1.018). 10 days old and already has a nice taste, even SWMBO liked it.

By Christmas or New Years, that should be a very nice batch.

Busy weekend. About a thousand honey-do's, cut the top out of my new keggle, brewed a batch and moved a batch.

Whew, I need a beer.
